Anyone can claim a clean weld. These are ours — photographed on the floor and in the field, mostly on the day the job went back into service.

Trailer frame, cracked through the tongue gusset
A 14,000 lb equipment trailer that arrived with the crack run clean through the gusset and into the frame rail. We gouged the crack out, drill-stopped the run, fabricated a properly sized gusset to spread the load into the rail, and cold-galvanized the repair. Drag the handle or use the arrow keys to compare.
